He is the first and the only executive coach in the Philippines to attain the designation of Professional Certified Coach (PCC) awarded by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the global authority of professional coaching based in the US. Julius is an emerging global leader in the field of professional coaching. He is currently an executive committee member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) with headquarters in Singapore and chairs one of its key initiatives – Peer Group Coaching. He trains and develops coaches from around the world and mentors them to get an ICF credential. He founded the International Coach Federation- Philippines Chapter.
