 | Kimi Komisarof Japan Kimi is an executive coach, trainer, and consultant specializing in communication in organizations including intercultural communication, communication skills and strategies, as well as conflict resolution. She is a certified coach by Coach 21(accredited by the International Coach Federation) and Shougai Gakushu Kaihatsu Zaidan. She is also a lecturer at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies, teaching intercultural communication. Kimi is a Japanese native and has lived abroad for seven years including five in the United States. Kimi has designed and conducted programs in intercultural communication, coaching skills, assertive communication, communication skills, diversity, team building, and leadership in many large multinational corporations, educational institutes, and government organizations in both the U.S. and Japan.
