Mustafa brings 32 years of experience of work in areas of HR systems, Organisation Design, Leadership development and capabilities growth; and work with groups and communities.
He has initiated and run several business organizations, conducted training, facilitated workshops in Corporate Houses and not-for-profits in many areas – primarily in leadership, managerial and soft skills. Mustafa designs Leadership development systems using instruments, training, assignments, exposure visits, systems & processes and coaching. He works on creating Organisational strategy for culture and HR, helping organizations design structures, policies and processes; keeping in mind that the organisation is a system.
Mustafa has run Assessment and Development Centres for many management levels and is qualified in several psychometric and personality assessments. He has a keen interest in support communities and has been involved on several non-profit initiatives.
