 | Abhay Phadnis India Abhay is based in India and is an executive coach and facilitator with extensive experience in feedback coaching based on psychometric and multi-rater assessment. He has facilitated coach training programmes in India; and is an Associate Coach with different Leadership Organizations. Abhay has as well facilitated institutional forums (for groups ranging from 25 to 180 people) for organisations in India, South-East Asia, and the Middle East. He conducts certification training in Assessment & Development Centres and for qualifying people in administration of the MBTI (through Anahat Organisation Development Consultancy). He has had several roles in HR Consulting. He has a B.A. in Psychology from Poona University and a M.A. in PM&IR from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences. Abhay is also certified in a number of psychometric assessments. |
