Denise Wright Partner Leadership Coach and Facilitator Denise has been working as an executive coach (group, team and 1-1 executive coaching) and leadership facilitator (leadership development including Women Leadership, culture change programs and strategic planning process facilitation) since 2001. She coaches executives based in Asia, as well as teams and groups from all over the world at various levels (from high potential managers to the C-suite). Denise has worked with executives from diverse industry sectors including finance and banking, technology, pharmaceutical, oil, shipping, manufacturing, entertainment, education and government. She is an Associate Coaching Supervisor and Coach with CSC (the Civil Service College) Singapore. She is appreciated for her authentic and dynamic approach which involves stretching and supporting her clients to expand their inspiration and range as leaders and human beings whilst achieving desired business outcomes. Denise has a Bachelor's degree (BSSC) in Psychology and Social Anthropology. She is a Certified Solutions Focused Coach, certified by the Canadian Council of Professional Certification (CCPC), Master SF Practitioner (IASTI) and has a certificate in Coaching Suervision (Bath, Consulting Group, UK. In 2010, she co-edited and co-authored the book "Coaching in Asia: The First Decade. Denise has lived in Asia for the past 25 years (Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, China, Australia). In 2013, Denise trekked to Everest Base Camp, a long held dream. |
