Michael works since fifteen years as Leadership Coach and Consultant for individual leaders, leadership teams and organizations. He is the Director of the Asian Leadership Centre, leading key‐change initiatives for Bank Mandiri and Garuda Indonesia, touching 500+ leaders (CEO to VP level) in customized Leadership Development modules to become more effective. Through his additional work as Leadership Coach with the Centre for Creative Leadership (CCL), Mercer Singapore and the Gallup Organization Singapore he worked with Executives worldwide.
He has done consulting, coaching and research in the areas of leadership effectiveness, workplace engagement and strengths based hiring decisions. He gave seminars and workshops on effective management and leadership with clients and in MBA programs and trained internal coaches for corporations and NGOs.
