 | Mikako Yusa Japan Mikako is a certified coach for systems coaching specialized in relationships and team building. She coaches corporate executives for their leadership development. She also works globally as a co-creation project facilitator and a program designer for social change. Mikako specializes in organizational development and social innovation, and her areas of expertise are: leadership development, performance and development coaching, conflict management, team building, and co-creation process facilitation. She got her coach training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and Center for Right Relationship (CRR). She is certified in MBTI, and Ken Blanchard’s situational leadership training. She is also attending leadership program for Non Violent Communication (NVC). |
